Will be switching to straight talk, Boost mobile has the worst service department I have ever encountered. NO ONE speaks english, no one communicates with other departments, previous complaints are not logged so no one knows what is happening when you call about a problem. I hate getting switched to 5 seperate people and having to explain each time just to be told to call a different #.

I currently purchase the $45 monthly plans, but the extended plans seem like a great idea when it comes to saving time! I think Straight talk is great and the savings most definitely were worth the switch to no contracts!

I’ve been burned by Verizon too. So I’d have to agree that the best thing about Straight Talk is the freedom from contracts. But the savings are pretty good also! I am thinking about trying one of the extended (3 or 6 month) plans? Have you bought one of those yet, or do you find that the month-to-month $45 plan works best for you?
