COUPONS 101
Here’s a little how to with coupons and sales:
When you talk about coupons there are 2 different types:
- store coupons
- manufacturer coupons
A manufacturer coupon and a store coupon can be used on the SAME item in a transaction.
*Manufacturer coupons (can include but are not limited to): coupon inserts in the Sunday paper (Smartsource, Redplum, P&G, etc), coupons from magazines, printable coupons from valid coupon sites (smartsource.com, coupons.com, redplum.com,couponnetwork.com, etc.), printable coupons from manufacturer websites, etc.
*Store coupons (can include but are not limited to): “in-ad” coupons (from weekly ads), riteaid video value coupons, target printable coupons, CVS printable coupons, Walgreen’s coupon booklets (located in the store, normally beside the weekly ads), CVS kiosk coupons (scan CVS card at store kiosk machine for coupons), etc.

Here are a list of the stores coupon websites that I frequent! You can find some great coupons to use ALONG with your manufacturer coupons! Make sure to note that these sites below include manufacturer coupons as well as store coupons, after printing you will be able to tell which is which based on the bar codes.
- CVS coupon site
- Target coupon site → Target store coupons!

Sample of a Target manufacturer coupon → (This is a MQ even though it has a Target logo on it)
- Giant Eagle eOffer coupon site → electronic coupons that go onto your Giant Eagle Advantage savings card!
Sample of a Giant Eagle coupon peelie → (These come off of items in the store. They CAN be used with MQ’s!)
Sample of a Walgreens in-ad coupon → (These CAN be used with MQ’s!)
- RiteAid coupon site – RiteAid Video Values → watch a short videos of items and receive coupons in turn!

Also, go to your favorite manufacturer websites to find great coupons in their savings sections as well!
